Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to our customers and will address any errors and resolve promptly. If your order arrives incorrectly (wrong color, wrong quantity, wrong imprint), damaged, or is lost during transit, as determined by our tracking system, we'll replace it at no additional cost. Apparel items may not have been worn or laundered. All tags must be attached to original piece.

We prioritize these replacements and expedite them whenever possible, especially if you have program deadlines. Please contact within 30 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) if you discover any discrepancies with your order. In most cases, we simply require photos of the issue.
